How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
It can take between 1 - 3 business days for us to prepare and ship your order. We do our best for you to have it as soon as possible.


Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (La Poste) and Tracking:
France: Delivery within 1-3 business days with a tracking number.
Europe: Delivery within 3-5 working days.
Worldwide: Delivery within 7-10 business days.

Colissimo :
France: Delivery within 1-2 business days with a tracking number.
Europe: Delivery within 3-5 working days.
Worldwide: Delivery within 5-10 working days.

Chronopost : Only in France - Next day delivery after shipping

Returns

Do you want to return an unwanted item?

Rest assured, as long as an item is still in its original condition, you can make returns for free. Contact us by email here to return or exchange any item in your order within 14 days of the delivery date. Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, and not worn. Return shippings must be made with a tracking number and fees for returns are paid by the customer.

Do you want to exchange an item with the wrong size?

Our goal is to guarantee you complete satisfaction with your new jewelry. Contact us by email here to exchange any item in your order within 14 days of the delivery date.

Reimbursement

Once we received of your package, we will reimburse you within 7 days by credit on the payment method chosen during payment.

And once the deadlines have passed? We do not accept returns of unwanted items after the corresponding return period above. If you attempt to make a return, we may need to ship it back to your default shipping address and ask you to bear the shipping costs.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packaged properly so that they will not be damaged on the way.
